Service Terms of service

These Service Terms, or the "Terms", set out the rules for accessing and using the website Aura Living and the AI-assisted trading platform, together called the "Service", operated by Aura Living Inc. ("Aura Living", "we", "us" and "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
1. Who may use the service
You must be 18 or older to access the Service. By using it, you confirm that you satisfy this age requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. The Service is unavailable wherever applicable law forbids its use.
2. Opening an account
Full use of the Service requires an account containing complete, truthful and current information. Protect your sign-in credentials and accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account. Notify us without delay at if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
We may restrict or close accounts that breach these Terms, provide misleading information or involve fraud or abusive behaviour.
3. Service scope and exclusions
Aura Living offers AI market analysis, trading signals and optional automated order placement through linked brokerage accounts. The Service is provided for information and analysis.
- Aura Living does not hold, manage or take custody of your funds. Your capital remains in your own brokerage or exchange account.
- Broker integrations use API credentials that can permit read-only access and order placement. They do not permit withdrawals.
- Historical performance from any strategy or signal does not predict future performance.
- Trading can reduce your capital, including the possibility of losing the entire amount Aura Living.
4. No investment advice
Nothing made available through Aura Living is financial, investment, trading or other professional advice. AI signals and analytics are informational only. Consider speaking with a suitably qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions. Aura Living is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner.
5. Charges and payment
Certain functions may require a paid subscription. Prices appear on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. You must pay any applicable taxes, which are excluded. Plans are charged in advance monthly or annually. At our discretion, a first-time subscriber may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of the first payment.
6. Permitted use
You must not:
- Use the Service unlawfully or contrary to any applicable rule or obligation.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to obtain the platform's source code.
- Use scripts or automated tools to scrape, crawl or extract information from the Service.
- Resell, sublicense or commercially use any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
- Interfere with, interrupt or harm the Service, its features or associated infrastructure.
- Carry out market manipulation, front-running or other conduct prohibited by financial rules.
7. Intellectual property rights
All content, software, models, algorithms, trademarks and confidential know-how provided through the Service remain the exclusive property of Aura Living or its licensors. These Terms give you no ownership interest. Use of our marks or logos requires prior written approval.
8. Warranty disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Aura Living DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL RUN WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR BE FREE OF ERRORS, VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL ELEMENTS.
9. Liability limitations
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Aura Living SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, TRADING LOSSES OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF SUCH DAMAGE WAS foreseeable. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Aura Living DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnity and claims
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Aura Living and its directors, officers, employees and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses and costs, including reasonable legal expenses, resulting from your use of the Service, breach of these Terms or violation of third-party rights.
11. Suspension and account closure
You can close your account through the settings or by emailing . We may suspend or end access immediately if you breach these Terms. Once access ends, your permission to use the Service also ends, and account information may be removed in line with our Privacy Policy.
12. Applicable law and dispute process
These Terms are governed by the laws of Aura Living, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will first be referred to binding arbitration in Unit 101, Raheja Towers, M.G. Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001, India under American Arbitration Association rules. Users in the EU or United Kingdom may also bring proceedings before courts that have jurisdiction locally.
13. Updates to these Terms
We may amend these Terms. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days beforehand by email or a notice on the platform. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
